This
is Scotland's highest snowboarding area, situated on the
mountain of Aonach Mor at 4006 ft about 10mins from Fort
William.
The mountain is accessed via a modern gondola from car
park level. Twelve lifts provide a variety of 'boarding
for all standards. There are two snowboard parks on the
quad chair run. When there is enough snow you can go
"over the back" to the bowls which can be
accessed by dropping off the big cornice at the summit (if
your up to it!).
